JUST DRIVER TRAINING offers an exciting, high-energy course in Advanced Driver Training for Corporate Business.

A half-day accelerated on-site (or use our auditorium) course is facilitated by two highly qualified instructors addressing the following:

1. Safety Principles – Pre-trip inspections, Hazards, Payloads, Safety Space Zones, Loading and Unloading
2. Road Rules and Regulations – The Driving Code, Hazardous Materials, Signs
3. Vehicle control – Speed, Skidding, Recovery, Backing, Turns, Judgement
4. Driver attitude and responsibilities – DWD, DUI, Road Rage, other factors
5. The driving environment – road conditions, traffic, interstate driving, rural roads, sharing the road
6. Proactive Driving Skills – courtesy, defensive driving, Safety Space Zones, Emergencies
7. Advanced Driving Techniques (Behind-The-Wheel) – Positioning, Reading the Road Ahead, I am in Control

Driving instruction Behind the Wheel in a real-time environment, with our dynamic instructors is designed to promote and
enhance driver awareness and safety with employees driving corporate vehicles.

Driving instruction Behind-the-Wheel is customized for each individual. An evaluation of skills determines the level of instruction for the employee.

Our instructors have extensive experience in corporate driver training. Introducing the latest in driving techniques from international
sources, our course not only engages the employee by introducing new driving skills but gives them an opportunity to practice with an instructor ready to assist and guide them through the new techniques.

Delivering a fast-paced, interactive course using state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, our Corporate Program has proved highly effective internationally with proven results. In our experience, we have learned that a follow-up program is highly beneficial to the Driver and the Corporation. The re-visit provides valuable reinforcement on the training techniques and follow-up to ensure the driver is comfortable using these new skills. Our Program Director will meet with the Fleet/Transport/HR Manager to discuss the needs for drivers in the employment of the corporation or business. The course is customized and structured based on the type of drivers and vehicles the drivers are using. JUST DRIVER TRAINING'S Instructors are available to facilitate training at locations throughout the USA.

After completing the Advanced 101 course, drivers receive a Certificate of Completion, a a package of information on safe driving techniques, and an evaluation report.

ADVANCED 101 Driving System

• Drivers attend a half day, intensive Advanced Driving System, On-Site or at our Training Facilities, followed by a "Real-Time" ONE ON ONE Driving Course with two qualified Instructors.
  
• Driving techniques, statistics, safety and various other topics are taught in the class and driver's participate in an interactive group discussion after viewing a video on advanced driving methods.
• Drivers then proceed to the vehicle and a "Real-Time drive" takes place implementing the techniques learned from the class and emphasis is placed on developing and improving existing driving skills.

ADVANCED 101 course fee is $350.00 per driver
payable by credit card or check 5 business days prior to the start of the course.

ADVANCED 121 - The FOLLOW-UP

JUST DRIVER TRAINING will contact the Safety Professional or Manager of your organization, six months after the initial 101 course.

• Drivers that have a clear record of driving will receive a Master Certificate of Advanced Driving. This is an incentive to encourage and mentor drivers in the new driving process.
• Drivers that have motor related incidents or traffic citations can receive additional driver training, Behind-The-Wheel, in an effort to ensure that skills are reinforced while long term costs in this area are reduced for the organization.

ADVANCED 121 course fee is $160.00 per driver
payable by credit card or check 5 business days prior to the course

DRIVER SKILLS EVALUATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

JUST DRIVER TRAINING offers driver evaluations and customizes training to suit the individuals needs. A report is provided with recommendations on each driver's evaluation.

A certificate of safety is issued to each driver after completing the course and passing an evaluation of maneuvers and road skills with an instructor of JUST DRIVER TRAINING.

OUTSOURCING TRAINERS
JUST DRIVER TRAINING offers an outsource program for corporations hiring new employees. A Driver Evaluation is offered prior to the employment of an employee at a cost

of $75.00. A report is prepared and presented to the HR department. Once the Employee is hired, a one-on-one, private half day course is available for a fee of $325.00.
